Michelle Noble McCain
I have lived in the Monterey Bay area since 1977. I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1982 and with a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1987. I have been practicing law in Salinas since 1987. I currently serve on the Boards of Directors of the Hide ‘N Seek Children’s Foundation and the Children’s Circle of Friends. I also serve on the Cabinet for Children’s Services International. I previously served as a Director and/or Officer for Business Education Student Transitions of the Salinas Valley (B.E.S.T.), Steinbeck Credit Union, the Prunedale Chamber of Commerce, the Salinas Jaycees and the Salinas Valley Business Women's Network.
My areas of practice include Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Real Estate Transactions, Business and Corporate Law, Non-Profit Law, Tax Law, and Intellectual Property.
